"Clearly my best tablet to date, even besting my iPad 3!"
on by Inquisitor78Pros Build quality, Price, Outstanding Screen, Blazing fast CPU, Excellent Graphics Performance, Android 4.2, Photosphere, Multiple Users, Front facing speakers, HDMI Port, Micro USB for charging and data transfer, Good Camera, Tons of other features
Cons None! Zero!
Summary What can I say? This is my 4th tablet I have owned since the craze began. Without a doubt this Nexus 10 is the best, even better than my iPad 3. Just everything about this tablet is superb! The build quality is simply fantastic and feel sooo good to hold (something my iPad completely fails in) The back is soft but grippy to touch. The rounded edges make it easier to hold in the palm of your hand. The lightweight feel and thinness is awesome. Then there is the screen... WOW. Its amazing. Putting it side my side to the iPad and you can definitely see the difference. Android 4.2 is light years ahead of iOS. I'm sorry, but iOS just feels like a stale OS that hasn't changed it UI since 2007. So glad i've got this Nexus 10, and now I'm going to sell my iPad and that will pretty much cover what I paid for this superb purchase. If you are on the fence, get one! As for the apps argument, don't listen to these idiots saying there are none, as that's simply not true and indicative of someone who doesn't have a clue what they are talking about. I have over 50 optimised apps I use everyday. I don't need 300000 apps to choose from as for me, its about the quality of apps, and Android has them all.

"I absolutely love this tablet!"
on by ScottMOKCPros Fantastic display, web pages load quickly, very smooth operation. HD videos from Netflix are amazing!
Cons Battery life could be better. Can't watch Amazon instant video.
Summary I purchased this to replace the Kindle Fire HD 8.9 that I found very frustrating to use. This tablet is a joy to use and the apps and browsing experience are pleasant. Syncs with my other android devices using my Google account. I am very pleased!

"Great - got it a week ago and I'm still excited!"
on by Econ_AndyPros Fast, beautiful, perfect browsing experience with chrome, the new swipe keyboard is a breeze to use.. All the relevant apps are there: Facebook, Netflix, Instapaper, etc.
Cons Heavier than a 7".
Summary I've been very happy with my purchase. It's great value for me reading, browsing, using netflix and facebook etc., basic text editing and spreadsheets. This tablet is such an improvement to any other 10" Android tablet I've seen. I tried my friends iPad 3 and I'd say it definitely raises on that one.
This device is amazing. Battery life could be improved but everything else rocks!
It really surprised me how much I use this device because it's so much lighter than my laptop, yet it's fast and comes with a big screen.
The google integration is incredibly tight, gmail, google search, google drive etc. really makes it worth it.

"Yes, the screen is good"
on by fbombPros Beautiful screen - Android 4.2.1 is the best yet - more and more magazines are appearing and they look stunning - love the drag and drop of Android and how Android really connects you to the Google world (Gmail, calendar, contacts)- thin
Cons Battery life is terrible - reboots - still has an unfinished feel to it
Summary I've gone through my share of tablets (iPad 2&3, Galaxy Tab (7&10.1), Xoom), both Android and Apple. I am a tablet guy, carry it with me all over the place - love to have tons to read with me all the time, love to peek in on Facebook/Twitter and keep abreast of email and calendar elements. This screen is really beautiful and shows itself off wonderfully but the current retinas on Apple are right there with it. The charger that comes with it is simply unacceptable. When people talk of battery life, it's not just how long it lasts on a charge but also how fast it can charge up and this is certainly a fail on this device - the stock charger is terrible. However, there is a pogo charger that you can pick up - and it makes a HUGE difference but that cord does not serve to transfer files. Guess Samsung/Google had to make a choice. If I use this device heavily and open a lot of programs, even if I prune it and turn off apps, it still freezes and either reboots or needs a reset by holding the power button. This would drive me nuts but for the fact that . . . this thing boots up in a blink (30 seconds max). I've never seen a tablet boot this quick. The thinness of this tablet is very nice. I probably should rate this lower than 5 stars but since I picked it up, I really do not want another tablet, I like it that much. I finally feel like I have the tablet I want. While the battery is less than ideal, a full charge at night generally gives me a good day with it and I can just sit in a cafe or a library and really go at it. Final point - Android 4.2.1 kicks butt. Hey wait, didn't you say it reboots? Yes, and that stinks - but 4.2.1 is the smoothest, most powerful Android version yet. Like I said, I've stopped looking for another tablet once I got this.
