Cannot play Amazon instant videosSummary: The lack of compatibility with Adobe Flash and the resultant inability to play Amazon Instant videos makes this device a 3.5 for me.

On 08/15, Android support for Adobe Flash will be gone as it is anyhow and HTML 5 will be the next latest and greatest thing to replace it and not cause the device to lag severely as the case was with Adobe Flash Player. To me, this is a non-issue and should be for you as well. I am sure all the Video Streaming Services will eventually get around to supporting HTML 5. Especially, Amazon Instant Videos. If not, then our device's internet browser will need a few tweaks in the settings after which, you will be back in business. If I were in your position, then yes, this would be a temporary setback but not something I'd bash such a great deice over.
