Pros: - Very individualized, perfect for a single user
    - All favorite apps are easy to find...
    - Seems more rugged than other tablets

Cons: - If being used by more than one person, perhaps a family, it is not a good fit.
    - touch screen not as sensitive as Apple's
    - Email, facebook, twitter pre-chosen as your favorite apps, even if they arent
    - goes into sleep mode and needs hard reboot

Summary: I have been spoiled by an iPad. After owning an iPad for over a year I was given the Lenovo IdeaPad. I guess I am getting old because I couldn't conform to the Android way of thinking and finding things.

It was very hard for me to find the apps that I liked except for email, facebook, and twitter. It was nice that those apps were tailored to me and gave me updates on my home page, but if my kids were using the tablet, they could see my wall posts and read my email without even having to open an app. I didn't like that.

Also, I have problems with the power. If the tablet goes into sleep mode, I have a heck of a time getting it to turn back on. I usually have to hard reboot it and let it restart. I can never tell if it is asleep or if the battery is dead.

I am not a fan of "gorilla glass". I don't like how when I type on the onscreen keyboard the key I pushed highlights above my finger. It is very distracting. Maybe there is a way to change that? the gorilla glass doesn't seem to be nearly as sensitive and precise as the ipad touch screen.

Overall I am just really disappointed with the user experience with the Ideapad. Perhaps it would be better and more intuitive for someone who has a history of working with Android devices through their smart phone. I will stick with my iPad.
