4.5 starson by mo_geezerPros: Once I updated this tablet it is running Android 3.2.1 This tablet OS is very fast and responsive. Wireless signal strength was very good - no connection issues.
Cons: Slightly heavier than competitors, but not an issue for me.
Summary: Based on the Skylorem review, I purchased this table 12/11 and immediately updated it - mine required 3 updates. Do not base your decision on the negatives - simple updates remedy any of these problems. It may take 30 minutes or less - just follow the instructions shown in Skylorem review.
PS My neighbor purchased a Kindle Fire - took him hours to just get it connected to his wireless - it also needed updating, but he had to jump through hoops to get it connected initially - that is NOT a problem for the Lenovo IdeaPad K1!
