Cons: Had to take it back to ATT four times, sent it to Pantech technicans for repair got it back and it worked for two weeks then back to the ATT store - called Pantech and explained it was not working again with same problem - the technican hung up on me
Summary: I told the ATT store to keep the device and purchased another device. I would recommend not buying the device.
