Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 (16GB)

Pros: - True multitasking is how this kills the competition
- Come with stylus, known as S-pen, I don't need to buy one
- Excellent hardware and I/O speed
- Great gaming performance on Android device
- Great calling quality

Cons: - Display quality is the let down
- S-pen is not that comfortable to use
- Accessories designs simply copy Apple

Summary: I had owned iPad 3 and TF700T, both of them were great tablets but not compared to Note 10.1. Note 10.1 is really a great all-in-one mobile gadgets and now I take it out on holidays without my smartphone.

TF700T had better display quality than Note 10.1 without introduction, but the speed of TF700T even after being rooted could hardly come close. TF700T had very bad I/O issues that totally let the performance down. Eventually last week I had enough freezing and rebooting on my TF700T and sold it at a ridiculously low price for Note 10.1.

Note 10.1 on the other hand, thanks to its great Samsung CPU and Mali GPU, it could nearly kills off all competition, even I feel it run smoother than my iPad 3. There's nothing, really no apps I tried took the Note 10.1 down. I once tried open up five apps at once and had them all shown in cascade view on the home screen, no performance decrease I observed and its memory management was excellent.

Let's hope there will be a Note 2 10.1 with a full HD display and octa-core CPU, but I still love my current 10.1.
