Pros: It was easy to take pic...of my new granddaughter, but I lost all of them when it broke a couple of months later.
Cons: worked couple months. I got RMA number said I had the ticket in before warranty expired, they would warranty. two weeks said ticket closed.I sent for repair after reopen guy said open or get open it wasn't his dept. It's been over a month
Summary: Do not purchase this Tablet from this company, they will not help you and do not purchase their products at Radio Shack...they will not help you and get rude. I work for Lawyers, so I guess I have to go that route...I am out over three hundred dollars.My Tablet worked for only a couple of months. I called tech support and got a RMA number. She said as long as I had the ticket in before the warranty expired, which I did...they would honor my warranty. Then two weeks later they said my ticket was closed...I sent my table for repair after calling the company to reopen and the guy on the line said he would open it or get someone to open it as it wasn't his dept. It's been over a month and a half and I haven't heard a word.
