Pros Nothing... the only thing that works is Windows 7 but runs out of memory space and crash a lot...
Cons Everything, don't buy it. And think before buy any product of this company.
Summary I have the option to buy other products like Ipad, Motorola Zoom or even the Samsung one. I like the option of having the two operating system in one. I like android to surf the web and windows for work (word, excel, etc). The android forget about it ( doesn't work) and the windows 7 is the only thing I use but runs out of space. I erase everything and still running out of space. I'm frustrated almost $600 throw away... Don't invest in this product if you are looking for something that really work. Its my first time writing something about anything, but I want that people see my frustration. I don't understand how a manufacturer put a product like this in the market knowing the limitations and capabilities this product has. I feel frustrated and very stupid. Man you got me one time, but not again!!!!
Pros The Idea is great "Dual OS"
Screen isnt that bad.
Cons Everything else! 16GB SSD for windows 7 HP is what microsoft says so how viewsonic think that just over 12GB will do the job i really dont know. i have uninstalled every program that i can, dissabled everything else and STILL only have between 200mb and 5
Summary Well to sum up, as i have already said this tablet could be so much better. First don't bother with the android OS its a waste of space, second put in a bigger SSD that way the SSD wouldn't be constantly full. I hate to say this but if the ipad supported flash i would have bought one of those, so come on Steve Jobs sort it out!
Pros the mobility advantage plus the fact that the hardware is outstanding for a device considering the price which is also affordable.
Cons can't say for now
Summary bought this for my son and i must say he has been hooked on it for sometime now , I really don't use it myself as its more of a teen stuff in my opinion but so far it hasn't given any problem and the price i bought it at wiredmart.net seemed like a good bargain .
Pros Portability, USB slots, wi-fi and bluetooth
Cons No true android market, dowloads seldom work, screen clarity off center is horrible; not able to purchase G-tablet accessories - case, screen saver, etc.
Summary Please, please don't waste your money!! I am not a technical person but I am computer savy. I don't however enjoy voiding the warranty on a product by changing the root dynamics. I expected to be able to purchase, charge and operate this tablet. THIS IS NOT THAT TYPE OF DEVICE !!!!! I paid $399 and it has been the worst investment I have ever made. If this tablet was $99 I would have serious second thoughts about buying it. I don't even want to donate it to the local library or church because it is definitely not user friendy. I am so frustrated behind this device that I am almost ready to sooth my feelings by throwing it away. Trash is what it is and in the trash is where it will end up if Viewsonic does not update the software to a useable format and gain access to the true Android market within the next three months.
Pros 1. Dual system Android 1.6 and Windows 7. You can upgrade to Android 2.2 from ViewSonic website.
2. Very light and portable.
3. 1 GB RAM and you can upgrade to 2GB for AUD$80
4. Two USB ports
5. Micro SD card Slot that supports 32GB
6. Slick design and re
Cons I was in love with this tablet but the main issue I found is that, even without putting any software on the Windows partition, I was trying to install Windows 7 Service Pack 1 (544 MB) and there is no room on the SSD hard drive. Will you buy a device you
Summary This could be a great product, unbelievable that developers did not think about that tiny detail, a large SSD that can support Windows Updates. What a silly way to ruin things. I bought a Hanvon BC10 with 320 GB HD and 2 GB RAM and I am so happy now.
