"Tablet was just okay, and then it died."2.0 starson by PKT1976
Pros: The tablet was a nice size, and was priced to fit my budget
Cons: My tablet started getting hot while it was charging when it was about four months old. And soon the battery would no longer hold a charge. Then it would no longer turn on, even if it was plugged in. The warranty service is a joke.
Summary: This a a case of "you get what you pay for!" It was inexpensive, and lasted a little over four months. It was never top of the line, but I never expected that. I knew I had purchased a budget item. I wasn't put out that it was slow, that it wasn't compatible with a lot of the newest apps, that it often just went back to the start screen, I kind of expected that in this low end tablet, but I didn't expect the warranty service to be so attrocious! Calling Vizio for warranty service is a nightmare. Because of the warranty hoops I had to jump through I will not by another Vizio product ever. Obviously they just want you to give up and buy a new one. I don't think so.
