"Poorly made"
Pros: USB capable
Cons: Cheap $'s wise
Summary: Every part this turntable is very cheaply made. The turntable body is made from wafer thin plastic. The platter is cast alunimum, also cheaply made. The tone arm swings freely thus allowing it to drag across the platter if not in the raised position. Luckily it was a gift and returnable, which I am going to do ASAP.
DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY on this turntable!!!

But does it do what it is supposed to do? Why does the structure matter if your vinyl is preserved in the process? Focus on what's important.
