    Pros: Paper weight?

    Cons: Bought 4 units. None will hold settings very long..
    Will not hold settings and must be repeatedly reset.
    The support site is a worthless as their DT502 product.

    Summary: Must be reset constantly. I would bet that if you are like us, you purchased it for an elderly parent or relative that cannot reset the product and you have to keep going over to their home and resetting the stupid thing.
