"The Best TV Service"
Pros: Picture quality, always adding new channels, great service
Cons: little pay per view
Summary: Voom is about the best TV experiance that I have known. Other sat providers were good but Voom with there friendly service and great picture quality makes it the best. Voom does require a bit ok knowledge to understand the complexity of HD. It is a new company and are still working things out. I have had Voom now for 8 months and I have had a weather fade once in my wintery upstate ny weather, I had cable about the same time and that has gone out and had more problems than I had with voom. Local channels come in great and are better in HD. Some local stations dont offer HD yet but with calls to them they are releasing them soon. All in all Voom is new has a few kinks but is getting better by the day. Those who understand the world is not perfect can undertand and appriciate the wonderful offering that Voom provides its customers. I am very pleased with my service.
