Cons: After a week of using it, it stopped working. It would flash a green light instead of a steady stream of green. Then after unplugging it, I couldn't even get it to turn back on. Instead the red light appeared but no signs of "life" in the converter.
Summary: For what it is, it works especially if one was able to use the government coupon provided before the digital switch. However, it doesn't stand up to long term use.
