"Poor product support. Poorly written manual. They charge for their product support."
Pros: None. This could be a good product but the manual is poorly written and you have to guess your way through it.
Cons: Do not spend your money with this company. They do not support their product. They charge for their support and their techs hang up the phone on you. Their web support is terrible.

"Not a bad software if you know how"
Pros: I had this product over a year and I have created over one hundred hours of VCDs and DVDs. It occationally hung but if you have a fast PC and over One Mb of Ram. It works every time. Make sure your captured video is in AVI format. It works better if it i
Cons: It has many extra features and you have to pay extra to get it. The basic product would only creat a basic DVD. Anything else, you have to pay for it.
