"The Poorest of Choices"
Pros: Pretty Packaging
Cons: many bugs in the synchronization
Summary: The first movie box fried. The second worked, but there were bugs in the sync between audio and video. Tech assistance could only look in the knowledge database and email to me.
After doing some research, and having my "it" person troubleshoot we found that this is a bug that many have experienced.
What a waste of time and a joke.

After reading the bad stories that out number the good why would Cnet support oradvertise this thing. No I have to wonder about their expertise.
