"Sharp 32" 32SH20U"
Pros: Picture, Sound and more
Cons: Tv stand and Few A/V inputs
Summary: I recently traded in a Polaroid 32" LCD for this tv and have loved every minute of it so far.
The picture quality is great even at 480i using and S-video cable. Once I put an Xbox 360 using the component cable and setting the output to 1080i the picture was just the best I've seen.
Sound quality is another fine point on this tv. You can adjust the sound in the menu and get some good sounds from this set. With a home theater system the sound can be turned off and it doesn't show 'MUTE' or anything on the screen.
The down sides so far after the first day is the stand that came with the tv. Seems to be a little less stable than I would like but it is minor since I'm going with the wall mount. This set has a 200x200 mounting so it will work on VESA mounts. Perfect for those looking for cantilever mounts.
Another more important weakness is the lack of A/V inupts. There is only 1 S-video and 1-RGB input plus the 1 HDMI. I would have liked to seen 2 of each but I'll do with what's there.
