The Bottom Line	Cobra's latest GMRS/FRS radio is loaded with features, but the PR 4250 WX's performance falls short.	Whether you're outdoors or at the mall, Motorola's Talkabout T6500 radios keep you connected without incurring talk-time charges, but their range is limited by environmental conditions.			The Midland GXT400 packs in some nice features, but its performance is a mixed bag.
