The Bottom Line	The Midland GXT400 packs in some nice features, but its performance is a mixed bag.		Whether you're outdoors or at the mall, Motorola's Talkabout T6500 radios keep you connected without incurring talk-time charges, but their range is limited by environmental conditions.	Cobra's latest GMRS/FRS radio is loaded with features, but the PR 4250 WX's performance falls short.
