The new flat buttons require too much pressure to make them work, and if you don't push them just right, they might not work.
The scanning feature on these are HORRIBLE!
When you are scanning and you lock on to another radio, these don't show what sub channel they're on unlike older models. You're also not able to talk to the other person when you have "scanned" them (even though it says you are able to in the instructions) unlike older models.
So, you can't see what channel they're on and you can't talk to them to FIND OUT what channel they're on... makes the scanning feature pretty worthless, don't you think?
I returned these. We'll see if Motorola can get the next ones right.
