"Decent product, get what you pay for"
Pros: It's compact, reasonably durable, speaker gets decently loud for its size.
Cons: They don't sit in the charger cradle snugly, you have to move it around to make sure it's charging. I'd rather see a square shaped radio that fits well than a curvy one.
Summary: People who give it a 1 star review with no details reviews are worthless. It's a cheapo radio that performs decently **for a cheapo radio**. If you want very good sound, very good speaker loudness, very good range, you need a higher end radio like the Kenwood ProTalk XLS. Of course just one of those radios costs more than both of these combined. I use my Kenwood while skiing and give the cheap Motorolas to my friends while they ski. Works good enough and I won't cry if they loose it on the slopes.
