This program is helpfull at times when you lose internet connection. It did fix a fatal error I made where I had to use safe mode where it fixed my computer from crashing. I'll never forget that!
The virus program is the worst! It never would remove any type of virus that it said I had. Without alot of knowledge with computers, that I don't have.

Since running this software all 3 computers have had major problems.The firewall blocks internet programs at random even after you 'allow' them. It uses Trends virus program, which I have had in the past with grand results, however, in this suite, it doesn't work proper nor automatically update with auto-update on. When you use the virapedia it redirects you to Trends. Both partys say contact the other for resolving bugs. All in all, it's not worth giving away free.
