Cons Very fragile and breaks down easily. Only used it for light cleaning and still broke down - twice!
Summary Sent it for repairs (hepa filter stopped and hardly any suction)-seems that it was because we used vacuuming powder- a no no. So we stopped. Treated it with special care and only used it for light vacuuming whilst we bought the Electrolux to do the main job. Again, hepa filter stopped working and no suction. Total waste of $525...DON'T BUY!

Cons It's the worst vacuum I've ever owned. Very fragile, the lack of height adjustment is terrible. (You can't vacuum up a Cheerio)
Summary I've gone through two in 70 days. The first one stopped "sucking" on day 60, luckily I was still within return policy and was able to exchange it on the final day of policy. Now it is day 11 and my second BRAND NEW DYSON has literally just stopped sucking. Completely turned off ! I've never been more disappointed in a $400 purchase. DO NOT BUY ! Stick to Kirby !
