"Very Powerful Vacuum! Great Price! Great attachments!"
Pros: Powerful suction; great attachments such as the pet paw for stairs and furniture and the self-cleaning duster; Washable filters (except HEPA); Easy to operate and manuver; Long cord; Great vacuum at a great price
Cons: Nothing yet. Some people complained about it being heavy, but I don't find it to be much heavier than any other vacuum cleaner.
Summary: This vacuum is super powerful, especially for pet hair!! I have a Shephard Mix Breed dog that sheds horribly. I have never been able to get all the hair out of my carpet, that is until I purchased this vacuum. I could not believe how much hair it picked up!! I couldn't find a hair when I finished vacuuming!! After doing a lot of research online and not wanting to spend $600 on a Dyson, I narrowed it down and finally decided on this vacuum. I am very happy with my decision so far. I can't imagine a vacuum cleaning any better. If weight is an issue for you, this vacuum may be heavy to you, but I don't find it to be a problem. Most of the more powerful vacuums were about the same weight. However if your main goal is to get a vacuum that really "sucks", especially if you have pets, look no further. No need to spend big money on more expensive models.
