Pros There are no pros to dealing with this company
Cons I ordered a Roomba battery for my 400 discovery series. They sent me a 500 series battery. After spending an hour on the telephone with supervisors giving me the run around they agreed to send me a shipping label to send it back. They then sent me another
Pros Easy to use and clean. Works fast, does not fall down stairs or get hung up on obstacles. Gets close to baseboards and corners. Practically eliminates pet hair and dust easily. I've had this for over a year and it works great. The kids love it and na
Cons Sometimes it gets caught under furniture, behind doors, and in drapes. It's easy to get it started again. Just untangle or free it and push the button to begin again. I find that you need to run it more frequently than if you used a traditional vacuum
Summary Great buy if you want to keep your floors constantly clean and looking good without much effort.
Pros Worked great for about a year.

Pros When it works, it is quite helpfull.
Cons Keeps a lot of noise, warranty is worst I know with any electrical device, it is always broken and doesn't work on thick carpets.
Summary Well, see this video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VzX2poglKGs ... it shall describe it all. I spent 500 euros in total for this. Do not buy!
