Cons: They only work for a few months before breaking.
Summary: I had a Roomba 560 for about 14 months, it broke down 3 times, toward the end I could not be bothered to get it fixed as I knew it would break again in a month. Customer service is very poor and the repair costs are high. DO NOT BUY!
