Pros: Good quality.

Cons: None, it just works fine.

Summary: I found this universal VCR very good, it do the job very well, it converts PAL/NTSC tapes without error. I have it for 3 years now absolutly no problems, just regular maintennce (i.e. cleaning video heads).
