Summary Just purchased the unit yesterday, called the 800 number for help setting it up. Person on other end of the line was most helpful, walked me thru the whole set up and even talked "english".

Cons Only worked for 1 year. Literally destroyed 3 tapes before I decided to get ride of it.

Cons Horribly made. After having VCR for a couple of weeks it stopped rewinding well. Had color bars everywhere. The outlets on the back are cheaply connected. The insides are made of plastic. Replaced two more and they both broke within a week, the rewind but
