Summary This device works nicely and performs is as billed. I am using this in the same room as the TV so I can't comment on the transmitter range. Just make sure you call Actiontec and ensure your cable/satellite box is compataible, I needed to have them swap mine for a different model. I also found I needed to adjust the channel the transmitter operated on to improve performance. Perhaps some interference with my N router. Now there's minimal digitizing and picture/audio disruption. You won't be disappointed with this purchase.

Cons A little pricy, at least when I bought it, but it saves me in the long run
Summary I bought the MyWirelessTv transmitter and receiver kit about a month ago, and I could not be happier. Since I don't have cable or an over-the-air antenna, and I have Dish Network satellite service, I did not have a way to get HD to a nice flat-screen that I bought for my guest bedroom, short of getting another VIP722 from Dish Network (and paying them another $17/month!) This product solved that. Now my guests can get awesome HD video through the wall without wires! They can also share the programming that I have recorded on my DVR. This was up and running for Thanksgiving and my family was blown away by this technology. The VIP722 already has a UHF wireless remote control, so I do not need the IR remote relay feature that MyWirelessTV has, but I played with it by connecting my BluRay player instead for a little while and it is fantastic as well. I may buy another Transmitter box so I can connect my BluRay player as well all the time. I understand that the receiver can be shared and pick between the two. I was a little scared to pull the trigger on this product due to price, but since it is ending up saving me $17 a month, it will pay for itself in no time!
