Cons: I am concerned that the box has no air vents. When I pulled out a SACD it felt warm to hot. I couldn't find anyone complaining about this but it concerns me.

Pros: Wonderful sound and picture
Cons: Mechanical vibration with some discs so strong it is audible. Actually shakes adjacent equipment. I returned one unit ...got another...same thing.

"Astonishing picture clarity!" on
Pros: 16x9 image on HD ready Sony 40 direct view TV is nothing shot of stunning!! Serious, no-nonsense construction and chasis. On-screen displays straightforward and clear.
Cons: Remote design un-creative, with no ergonomic thought applied to button placement. Most important button "Enter" is too dang small! Stepping through frames awkward; wish it had a jog wheel/device. Image quality totally outweigh these cons, though.
