Cons One of mine,I have 2,is an older one and every time I start up the viewer it threatens not to work. So far it has worked every time but it is annoying that it might go away. Cons Usually doesn't work. I've wasted an enormous amount of time trying every possible thing to get it to work. Cons Freezes from time to time but most likely a problem with internet connection, so no big deal.

Cons Does require a very good Internet connection and it can't be left without someone around to occasionally reboot it if the situation requires. Cons I spent a total of 10 hours on the phone with Slingbox tech support trying to configure the Pro HD and they ended up telling me that they could not solve the problem.
