Pros: Great ease of use, great picture and audio quality
Cons: The SlingBox pro failed after a year. I followed the troubleshooting tips with no results.I called Sling Media for support, but I am two weeks out of warranty. For support, I must pay the fee.
Summary: I did some research on line to find SEVERAL reports of the box failing. I again contacted Sling Media mentioning the entries online. Granted I am two weeks out of warranty. I thought Sling Media would assist out of customer service courtesy. NOPE.
For the price of the device, I expect it to last more than one year. Given the numerous entries of problems, I expected more customer service effort. Be advised.
