4.0 starsonPros: records both dvd+R and dvd-R...also tape player does great job with very old videos. Dubbing old vhs video tapes is going very well.
Cons: Product is a little pricey. Best Buy price matched the $499 price that Sony lists product at.

I've had my machine for a week - purchased primarily to convert old VHS. The tape looks good while playing (in spite of its age), but the finished disc (+RW) plays like a bad foreign-language dub! How could the sound track be off?
