4.0 starsonPros: Big hard drive, extremely flexible editing options, very easy to use *after* the initial learning curve. For instance, you actually can set title names for timer recording (someone else said you couldn't), and it's very easy to do. BUT it's not in the man
Cons: Doesn't even *read* +R/RW format, which would've been nice. It makes borrowing/exchanging with people who have +R/RW recorders more difficult. ALWAYS TEST YOUR DISCS! Probably DVD recording 101, but it's easy to forget. The one bad burn I had didn't show
