Toshiba RD-XS32

Pros: i have had two units within 14 months and had the same problems on both units the band or the belt on the dvd tray has broke twice.

Cons: nice unit to store your videos. records very good .excellent playback.

Summary: if you encounter problems and have to deal with toshiba directly expect long delays poor communication. for what this unit costs. i expect better quality and most all expect better customer support in a more resonably, exceptable time span. they have tied me up for almost one month and still have not received my replacement.they did agree to replace this unit with a different unit at my request considering i have had two with the same problems. so be prepared to have long delays if you have to deal with toshiba direct. our time is not important to them there mission is money money money.
