The Bottom Line The DVR-810H is a nearly perfect marriage of TiVo and DVD-recorder functionality. The Humax DRT800 offers an excellent combination of TiVo and DVD-recorder functionality--but you'll need to pay a subscription fee to use it. Sony's slick, promising 160GB DVR and DVD recorder combo is hobbled by a well-nigh useless programming guide.
