    Pros: Great idea.
    Customer service answers their phone and their agents actually speak the native language.

    Cons: It took over an hour to set it up with customer service. They say there have been " udates" since I bought my pen and they had to walk me through what seemed like NASA's preview to a space launch.

    Summary: I still can't get the audio to work. If I do get it to work I will rerate it. They did seem to make it sound so simple. It is not.
    It isn't intuitive at all.
    Fromt he reviews it looks like it was easier to set up in 2008. The folks like me in 2010 are having problems.
