Pros: the pen does record the audio, and handwritten notes from sessions.
Cons: Abysmal knowledge of computer memory retrieval. I could tell that the support representative was actually reading from a script!
Summary: After accidentally deleting the audio from my notes, I called customer support. Instead of helping me to retrieve the files, the customer support staff, actually walked me through deleting the notes themselves also. Then, after having me empty my trash, told me that none of the data was retrievable.
Thank goodness I didn't trust what they were saying, and backed up the data, that I had left, on an external memory device. Otherwise it truly would have been gone for good.
All in all, if you find you need support, your in a lot of trouble.
