Pros: very goof sound quality over wifi

Pros: I used iConnectHere Virtual Calling Card since 1999 on business trips in many different countries and I was very happy with the service. They had cheap rates and access numbers around the world. But not anymore.
Cons: They dropped the one feature I like, to be able to use ther calling card in many different countries around the world. Now the Virt.Calling Card only works in the US.

Pros: None. Never got service. Absolutely pathetic support. No phone number, but communication via email or live chat during business hours to people in India. Of course they give you a copy and paste canned email.
Cons: 30 day money back guarantee a sham. They totally ignore your requests to cancel. I am finally disputing it through my credit card. Total fraud.
