"Beware of hidden clause!" on by zanzibarzaza
Pros: Attractive rates but not the cheapest-Check out internetcalls.com
Cons: Charge u for incomplete calls!!!!
Summary: I have been charged $1 for calls that did not go through. I let it ring not knowing that I was charged the whole time. I sent them an email to protest and here is their reply:
"Regarding the charges for "incomplete" calls, please note that starting from the recent JAJAH upgrade, (14/3/2007) JAJAH will apply a nominal charge for scheduling services in the case of calls that were busy or rang but were not answered.". I have, of course, never noticed this clause when I fisrt signed up with them.Save your money and stay away fron Jajah! -

"Very Bad service, be careful!" on by elcalafate
Pros: It is expensive one , try to use others if you could!
Cons: Charge u for incomplete calls and no refund!!!!
Summary: I am the old customer of Jajah, i remember 1 ,2 year before they had a better service for connecting calls, but now these days, i mean the last 3 months, i use this jajah is very miserable, many times, there is no connecting and still charge money, be careful , very tricky, and i wrote to the customer service, they promised that they will refund, but the bad part is when my amount left for more than $2 ,and they already do not allow me to call , and require me to add more money, what about if i don't add, then means i will lose this $2, well it is not about the money, but it is about the reputation, it is not fair to not give the customer to finish the amount, and let their choose they wish to continue or not. i won't continue use jajah. better find others.

"Beware: Extra $20 charge on Credit Card!" on by jul00
Pros: still looking
Cons: Look for fraudulent charges
Summary: I just bought $5 credit using visa gift card. I saw 2 charges instead - $20 and $5 on same transaction date but posted on 2 different dates. Jajah customer service was horrible. I couldnt find a phone to call. I got 1 reply to my initial email asking for screenshots. I sent the screenshots but did not get any further replies. Credit Card company sucks even more, asked me to file a dispute and said it can take up to 45 days. What the F!? It is not just about the money but all the hassle. These companies suck. All companies with horrible customer service should be totally abandoned.
