Cons: Sales promises things that don't exist.
Summary: I cancelled once I got the equipment, it was a nightmare to install, and once installed discovering that faetures that I was told were available, weren't. The CS rep was one step ahead of me and had me cancelled before I could tell him that is why I called. The easiest thing about Lingo, is cancelling your service.

I had a tough time trying to cancel. For 2 months, they told me my account is suspended and continued to charge my credit card. And then, they refuse to refund me for charging me when they weren't supposed to. I haven't seen a worse, inefficient, lying, incompetent company.

Cancelling is hard too. They charged me $99 for the modem 6 weeks after my delivery confirmation.
