Pros: none! what good is a cheap price, if it doesn't work at all!!!!!!!
Cons: no service, rude customer care, incompetent
Summary: I ordered Vonage and Lingo at the same time to find out, who the better VoIP provider is. The result was fairly simple: Vonage, Vonage and again Vonage.
I never saw a organization, which cared less or had a worse customer support. Please stay away from them. I made the mistake and provided the Lingo number to my clients. Since a week now my client cannot reach me and I'm loosing business, b/c LINGO screwed the whole thing up and cannot tell me what's going on.
