Summary: After reading most of the reviews posted about packet 8 all I have to say is that I feel your pain. I worked in the customer service department for about 7 months which is located in arizona. Packet 8 itself is located in california which is one of the biggest problems. I read alot of reviews about how horrible the customer service is. I worked in that department and we were all very nice and understanding people but we were just working for a horrible company. When customers asked about LNP we had no info to go on, we are trained to email that department (which refuses to take calls) for a response, we never got a response and if we did it was about a month later. Regarding credit requests thats a joke, rarely did i see a credit get approved and even when people would cancel within the trial period it was a nightmare to get them there money back. We had to create several tickets and nothing would ever get done. If you customers think its frustrating imagine how we feel cuz customers are yelling at us and we dont have any power and then you ask for a supervisor. We try to get one but the supervisor dont want to take calls so they say to get a call back number but they never call back because they are arrogant and they just reply to emails from corporate. If we try to call any one of position to get an answer or get something done they get highly upset and we get in trouble with our boss so this company is awful. going through the same situations as customer<br>their Mobile Talk sucks, installed on my mobile (t-mobile) called india, got bill from t-mobile and charged $1.64/min cost total $319.38 just to use Mobile Talk.<br>Packet8 sucks.<br>Asked for LNP, never happened.

I do appreciated this ex-employee to tell the truth about Packet8. That's exactly how I experienced on Apr 16, 2006.<br><br>I wish more and more customers will tell the truth about this company - Hardly believe it can survice with such horrible customer service policy.
