Pros: nothing. they are fast at billing and horrible at anything else.
Cons: 250 characters is not enough space to list all the cons. They promise fantastic service but once you are in their system they are horrible to work with. If you have any problems you mine as well talk to the wall...you will get farther.
Summary: This product absolutely sucks! If I weren't forced to use them because of my business I would cancel in two seconds. They have absolutely the worse customer service I have ever dealt with and I think the editor must have been paid by Packet 8 to write that review. Do not and I repeat DO NOT get sucked in with this company. They say everything is great and will work great but unless you like to scream into your phone so that people on the other end can hear you and you enjoy listening to elevator music as they transfer to you yet another department because your phones are not working and they "do not have the authority or the know-how to fix your problem" then stick with what you have. As soon as I am able to I am canceling this service and never using them again.
