  • "Account suspended without warning"

    Pros: The free service is free

    Cons: Having made 2 or 3 free calls over 5 years and used IM once in a while, when I tried to buy a subscription I found my account was suspended. No notice ever received and once discovered, Skype refused to offer any info on alleged fraud.

    Summary: And the customer service rep said I was a valued customer and thanked me for the opportunity to serve me today.
