"Worst Tech Support in the Industry Bar None"
Pros: Can't really think of any
Cons: Too numerous to mention here, tech support is horrible
Summary: I am a Healthcare Technology Professional and thought I had dealt with most all levels of support that were there until I met Vonage. After hours of barely understandable englsh, daily network and device lockups, lost calls etc. I attempted to cancel the service and ran into yet another argument, nearly an hour of argument with the service department, then they offer to give me "American Premium Technical Support" a free month of service and a new adapter if I will just stay with them. This after three months of poor service. Harder to cancel than AOL, service worst in the Industry. Look elsewhere, Lingo or CallVantage are two with good support and excellant quality.
