Pros: Great design inside and outside. The controls are easy to reach and light up great. I sit "up" and feel as if driving an SUV. The steering and brakes feel perfect. Stereo is wicked. Extra tech features. Tight durable seat fabrics. High Safety Ratings
Cons: The heater gets WICKED hot but I can turn that down... living in Minnesota that is a good thing in sub zero temps. Window glass is sort of thin and seems flimsy.
Summary: Over all I love the SOUL. It's just so much fun to drive and has good handling, even on snowy Midwest roads. Everything feels "right" for me with this vehicle. Coming from a boring whimpy 09 Corolla, this auto has the gusto I've craved and I'm very pleased. I'm planning road trips with my friends now! This car is high on the fun factor with a good balance of quality and features with decent gas mileage. I hope it turns out to be a reliable auto but I've got the awesome warranty Kia provides. OH and since the safety rating is high on this auto, my insurance went down $100!

Just to put your mind at ease I had a brick thrown at my drivers side window and all it has is weird white scuff marks. Did a number on the door tho. :(
