Pros Styling, practicality, sportiness, it's a wagon, mpg

Cons 5-speed (really a big deal?), price, no V-6...yet

Summary I'm in love with the styling. Contrary to the other reviewer, I find this to be very tasteful. You can definitely distinguish this on the road. What other wagons out there look really radical? CTS Sports Wagon? The absence of a V-6 is well... ya bad. But in reality, I'm sure the 4 will do just fine. It has enough sportiness for the casual driver and probably extra for an enthusiast. It's a wagon so duh, it's the practicality and overall sweet spot. Glad to see a redone interface on the dash and the tech is up to speed. Apparently having only a 5 speed is bad. I could really care less. Good over all vehicle.

Pros There's nothing that looks out of the ordinary here. It's pretty much a TSX with stretched cabin feel.

Cons everything else about this car is dull. Gas mileage is a mere 30mpg. Poor Design from 2008 for a 2012 model. No hybrid, pitiful 5 speed when everyone else is making 6-speeds now.

Summary This car looks too plain. Nothing looks special about it. For the price of $30,000 + I can get me a much better looking car and much more gas mileage out of a Lexus, BMW, or an Audi. Even Hyundai cars are looking mighty sexy and hot these days. Maybe they should be consider considered in these catagories too and make Kia compete with Ford,Honda,Toyota,Nissan, GM.
