Cons Nothing at all!
Summary I am floored but the review listed above. I my washer/dryer w/ steam feature about 2 months ago and I LOVE THEM!! They are so easy to use. With all things now a days, it does have plastic feature but not cheap in anyway. My 1st test was my Cal-King down comforter. I was pretty impressed. It seemed like it wasn't going to fit but it washed it like a champ and dryed not problem. My next test is I have 6 yr old twins boys and their clothes are DIRTY!!!! With the steam & santize feature, their clothes come out clean. After the load has been washed the clothes are barely wet so drying time is honestly cut in half. I can't say enough GREAT things about this product. I am so happy I made this expensive purchase.

"Poor design,settings too complicated, too much plastic"

Cons Weak convex plastic see thru door,smallest impact will crack it. Have to push a knob, wait for cycles to light then twist to cycle you want. Makes something simple too complicated and take longer to set than necessary.
Summary Too many unnessary wash cycles/settings. Takes too long to set. Plastic convex see thru door breaks too easily. Very poor dsign. "He who watches their clothes wash has too much time on their hands!" Don't like having to leave the door open, in the way to dry after use. Over priced!
