Pros

Easy to operate. Uses much less water while getting clothing very clean & fresh.

Cons

Some noise like a jet engine at times when spinning up! You'l probably need some water arrestors in older plumbing. This is to stop the water "hammering" noise & action.

Summary

Overall, highly recommend this top end machine. An excellent choice.

Do NOT buy from Home Depot though. They're worthless on customer services on installations issues with whom they contracted with. They delivered the dryer too but you must read their fine print like a lawyer. That is to see what they'll really do on setting these up.
