"Wouldn't let me rate less than 1."

    Pros: There aren't any--Buyer Beware!

    Cons: Customer service is horrible.
    7 weeks and counting.
I'll be lucky if problem is
    resolved by the new year.

Summary: BUY ANOTHER BRAND -- Find a
company that will support your purchase and stand behind their product.

Samsung will give you the runaround. You call their
people, You call who they tell you to call, they can't respond because Samsung doesn't do business that way. Samsung
gives you the incorrect information, orders or sends you
the wrong part number, and it is just one problem after another.

I've had a Samsung person tell me
to just install the part myself.
    But that voids the warranty.

Samnsung treats their vendors/suppliers the same way.
These people are supposed to be help you. But the samsung culture is we don't do wrong, we don't design or manufacture wrong and
is something is wrong--IT IS YOUR FAULT.

    Samnsung has sent out products
    with known manufactureing defects.

    Samsung, its agent, will fail
to help you and when you do get
    treated you are treated, horribly.

There are many back endd problems with Samsung. For example, a design flaw or factory defect, you are stuck. Samsung will tell you
to call their part person to get
the part, you call the part person and the customer service number/complaint number/problem identifier number is valid with the vendor--even after Samsung provided both to you.

Then you are treated to the run around, samnsung tells you one thing, their vendors something else, their service people something else. In short,
    samsung doesn't care what problems
you have with their product they
    will resolve it their way!

7 weeks later, I'm still trying to get my washer repaired. I've been told again maybe on Monday I'll get
a call from a service tech. Then
the service tech has to order the
    part...even though I should have
received the correct part by now
    and have requested it.

Samsung say's NO. I point out that
it will take another two weeks
for someone finally show up as
    scheduled and agreed to.

Save yourself the grief, buy another brand!
